WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS (WWTP)

RYDALL WO can play a critical role in the environmentally beneficial treatment of wastewater at WWTPs. It can be metered into sewer lines feeding into the WWTP or added directly at the facility.

LAGOONS

RYDALL WO can be introduced and mixed into lagoons to enhance dissolved oxygen levels, as well as control odors. The increase in dissolved oxygen levels, as well as the constituents of RYDALL WO promotes lower COD and TSS levels within the lagoon.

SLUDGE HANDLING FACILITIES

RYDALL WO can significantly reduce levels of atmospheric H2S by spraying sludge coming off the sludge dewatering equipment or it can be metered into the sludge holding tanks. In most cases, there is a 95% reduction of H2S when RYDALL WO is used on a regular basis.

SEWERS

RYDALL WO is effective in preventing corrosion, which commonly occurs in sewer lines. Metering RYDALL WO into these lines allows for the stabilization of the wastewater, which in turn disallows the formation of H2S.
